Slack

Slack is one of the most popular platforms for team communication, and with Cronitor's Slack app you'll receive instant alerts to designated Slack channels whenever a monitor fails or recovers.

Each Slack message contains a link to your Cronitor Issue page where you'll find error logs, stack traces, and status updates from teammates.

To integrate with Slack:

1. From the Settings > Integrations page, click the Create Integration button and select Slack.
2. A pop-up window will open with Slack loaded. You will be asked to select a team and channel for Cronitor alerts.
3. The Slack pop-up window will close, and will see the integration listed on your account settings page.
4. Next, you'll be prompted to add this integration to one or more Notification Lists.
5. You're done. You can repeat this process to connect Cronitor to multiple Slack channels.
