Integrations

Cronitor integrates with popular communication and incident management platforms to ensure your team stays informed when monitors detect issues. These integrations can be added to Notification Lists and reused across multiple monitors.

Agents connected to the Cronitor MCP server can list, create, and connect integrations without seeing their secrets.

Getting Started

To set up integrations:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Cronitor dashboard
  2. Select the service you want to connect
  3. Follow the setup instructions for your chosen platform
  4. Add the integration to your Notification Lists
  5. Attach notification lists to your monitors to start receiving alerts

Once configured, these integrations will automatically send alerts when your monitors detect issues and recovery notifications when they return to healthy status.

Connect from an agent, the CLI, or the API

Every integration can be connected without the dashboard:

How it connectsServices
Browser authorizationSlack, PagerDuty
API key or webhook URLMicrosoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Lark, Webhook, OpsGenie, Splunk On-Call, Datadog On-Call
Bot linkTelegram
  • Agents: the Cronitor MCP server tools connect_integration (browser authorization), create_integration (API key or webhook URL), and list_integrations.
  • CronitorCLI: cronitor connect <service> --add-to default connects any service and adds it to a notification list. See Using CronitorCLI.
  • REST: the Integrations API (integration:read / integration:write).

To route alerts to an integration, add it to a notification list: the key is the integration's service and the value is its label.

Free plan: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Lark, Telegram, and Webhook. PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Splunk On-Call, and Datadog On-Call need a paid plan.
